同仁堂壯骨藥酒傳統(tǒng)制作技藝

壯骨藥酒(原名“虎骨酒”),是同仁堂“十大王牌”之一。同仁堂有文字記載生產(chǎn)壯骨藥酒的歷史至今已有254年。1993年根據(jù)《國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于禁止犀牛角和虎骨貿(mào)易的通知》,處方中虎骨改用豹骨,并更名為壯骨藥酒。同仁堂壯骨藥酒配方需要100多味名貴動(dòng)植物藥材,經(jīng)制膏、制膠、制丸及“兩步煮酒”等工藝煉成。早在1924年就在萊比錫國(guó)際博覽會(huì)上獲獎(jiǎng),新中國(guó)成立后又多次獲得國(guó)家優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品金獎(jiǎng)。
